Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled, caring Dentist to join our growing practice. As a key member of our team, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive, restorative, and cosmetic treatments. You’ll work closely with our hygienists and support staff to create personalized treatment plans that meet each patient’s unique needs.
The ideal candidate is passionate about community health, embraces the latest dental technologies, and values patient education and comfort. Experience working with diverse populations and underserved communities is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatments
- Develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless patient care
- Stay current with advances in dentistry and incorporate best practices
- Maintain accurate patient records and comply with safety regulations
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Valid state dental license and malpractice insurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-focused care
- Experience with digital radiography and dental technology preferred
